We are a close knit, high performing team based in our Head Office in Christchurch. The team has an extensive array of skills, knowledge and experience that really helps us to innovate our business practices and deliver a high quality service through our comprehensive range of roofing services.

Jordan Dearlove

Managing Director

Jordan co-founded the business in 2010 and is responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the business. He is also responsible for developing the strategy of the business with a keen focus on developing & driving the culture. A student of Bournemouth University, Jordan completed his degree in Accounting & Finance and has since completed his licentiate exams of the Institute of Roofing.

In his spare time Jordan enjoys spending time with his friends & family, travelling the world and self development.

Ben Humpage

Operations Manager

A student at the University of Northampton, Ben achieved a 1st Class Hons degree in Business Computing in 2009 whilst developing his career in the Further Education Sector. After 15 successful years working in Student Services in several large colleges in London, Ben left his post of Director of Student Experience at the College of North West London to take up a new challenge in the Construction sector. Ben joined Volsen in January 2018 as Operations Manager with a primary focus of supporting the business to fulfill its strategic objectives and growth plans by utilising his skills in management, systems analysis and design and coaching.

Outside of work Ben regularly considers attending the gym, and spending time with his family. Ben also enjoys travelling and has a passion for exploring new countries and cultures.

Harrison Clements

Sales & Senior Estimator

Harrison joined the Volsen team in 2014 as a Roofing Operative with a background in Pitched & Flat Roofing. Given Harrison's academic studies in Business, Law and Economics at A-Levels, it was always the intention that Harrison would take up a permanent role in the office, once he had familiarised himself with the Volsen systems. Since emigrating from the Roof to behind a desk, Harrison has become an integral part of the team whilst rising through the ranks from an Assistant Estimator to his current role as Head of Sales & Estimating.

In his spare time Harrison loves watching his beloved West Ham United or attempting to improve his Golf game. This is squeezed into his busy schedule of eating out with friends which is accompanied by a drink on the odd occasion.

Netty Harris

Finance Manager

With a BSc in Retail Management and Part Qualified CIMA accountant, Annette has worked in finance for SME's for the best part of 20 years, 10 years of those spent in Construction based businesses. She joined Volsen in Mar 2018 to help support their growth plans. She was drawn to how forward thinking the business is, their entrepreneurial attitude and the high level of investment in their software systems.

Her strengths lie in management accounting, system integration and strong inter-personal skills.

Annette, a mum of two, is an open and wild water swimmer enthusiast, being a member of a local group, Just Swim. She enjoys taking part in organised events to raise money for charity, such as the round Brownsea Island Swim, the Pier to Pier and 2swim4life.

Alison Holmes

PA to the Director/Marketing Manager

Alison has been Jordan's PA since 2014 with a strong background in Administration, Insurance & Personal Assistant duties both in the UK and Internationally. Her strengths lie in her attention to detail and a strong focus on providing great Customer Service. Having been with Volsen for over 4 years, Alison has a wealth of knowledge on our business processes and systems and is responsible for our Salesforce CRM system as well as a Salesforce Administrator together with her new Marketing role to manage and promote Volsen's presence.

Alison loves spending time with her family, friends and dogs and taking time away in her motorhome to go walking and cycling. She enjoys her gym, swimming and spinning time, working in the garden and going out for meals with family and friends.

John Moore

Quality & Technical Manager

John has worked at Volsen for 7 years in a variety of roles including Roofing Supervisor and more recently as our Contracts Manager. John holds significant experience in all of our Sika roofing systems allowing him to provide technical guidance on all areas of our roofing operations. John's current role of Technical and Quality Manager allows him to oversee all elements of our on site work, supporting our team of roofing operatives to deliver a high standard of work for our clients.

Outside of work John is a dedicated family man committed to his children, enjoying family days out and watching football & cricket.

Natalia Dearlove

Administration Assistant

Natalia joined the Volsen Team as a part time Administration Assistant to provide essential support to all areas of the business.

Outside of work, Natalia is a student currently studying for her further education and enjoys spending time with her family, friends and the many animals that she cares for.
